Partnerships /Joint Working Relationships – Development and Sustainability

Identifying the ‘right’ partners, engaging and maintaining strategic partnerships that will maximise the capacity to deliver desired outcomes are crucial but often underrated components of a successful organisation. Equally important is identifying and applying the different stages in partnership development and maintenance.

We:

• Identify partnership needs and expectations of all potential partners
• Facilitate partnership workshops to identify opportunities and challenges and develop a common vision between potential partners
• Clarify partner roles and responsibilities
• Determine required partnership agreements – e.g. formal partnership agreements, informal agreements, joint working relationships, MoUs
• Work with partners to develop an agreed risk management plan
• Provide implementation support
• Undertake ongoing processes if required
• Develop exit or change strategies for those wanting to leave or change partnerships
