Community Consultation, Stakeholder & Issues Management

We:

• Strengthen the capacity of communities to address and contribute to complex social, environmental and economic issues
• Address difficult community problems by bringing local stakeholders together to agree on shared strategies and work on joint solutions through:
  • Facilitate community forums
  • Consult with the community and provide feedback to our clients
  • Design innovative approaches to build shared strategies by engaging communities in the decision-making process
  • Work with stakeholder strengths to build capacity and improve agreed outcomes in complex environments
  • Identify and ‘unpack’ contentious issues
  • Develop of strategies to deliver mutually agreed outcomes in challenging environments
  • Develop methods that engage hard to reach and marginalised groups including people from CALD backgrounds, people with disabilities, Aboriginal communities, young people and older residents.
