Organisational/structural reviews

  • Consultation  with Board and CEO to identify reasons for review or changes
  • Undertake review of all aspects of operations and processes (e.g. document review, staff and management consultations and workshops, key stakeholder consultations)
  • Review governance processes and practices
  • Review organisational structure including positions and position descriptions
  • Map the results of the reviews against strategic objectives (strategic and business plans)
  • Identify gaps and changes required
  • Work with key representatives to implement changes – including both structural changes and change management processes
