Consultationwith Board and CEO to identify reasons for review or changes
Undertake review of all aspects of operations and processes (e.g. document review, staff and management consultations and workshops, key stakeholder consultations)
Review governance processes and practices
Review organisational structure including positions and position descriptions
Map the results of the reviews against strategic objectives (strategic and business plans)
Identify gaps and changes required
Work with key representatives to implement changes – including both structural changes and change management processes
